This policy explains what information Devon Pet Food collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. Devon Pet Food ("we", "us") is the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.
Devon Pet Food is a private label manufacturer of air-dried pet treats, based in Devon, United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at ben@devonpetfood.co.uk.
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, the type of enquiry you've selected, and any message you write. We don't collect any information about you unless you submit it directly through the form.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and, where relevant, provide samples, pricing or a quote. We don't use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our enquiry form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which forwards submissions to our email inbox. Formspree may process and store submission data on servers outside the UK. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at their website for details of how they handle data on our behalf.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship develops, for the ongoing duration of that relationship. Where no relationship develops, we aim to delete enquiry data within 12 months.
This website does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics software. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email ben@devonpetfood.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
